Lally Dalope has been a patient at Gracelight Community Health for twenty years. She first came to the clinic after being referred by a close friend, and since then, it’s become an important part of her and her family’s lives.
“I always have a good experience with Dr. Ming, Dr. Tran, the pharmacy, and the health advocate,” she said. “My family and I love Dr. Tran, Dr. Ming, and Katherine. We’re well taken care of, and the team is always willing to help.”
She spoke about how much she appreciates the time and care each provider gives. “Dr. Ming always follows up and makes sure health screenings get done. She’s always on top of things,” Lally said. “Dr. Tran is the same way — it’s like talking to an old friend. I trust them. All our questions and concerns are always answered professionally.”
What stands out most to Lally is the kindness and attention she receives during every visit. “They never rush appointments,” she said. “They’re accommodating, kind, and provide very good health care. My appointments are always confirmed, and I feel supported.”
When asked to describe Gracelight in one word, she didn’t hesitate. “Family,” she said.
