Francisco Paz Tabora was focused on finding the right clinic made all the difference. From the moment he walked into Gracelight Community Health, he noticed a level of care that stood out from his past experiences.
“It was an excellent experience because not all clinics attend to everyone the same,” he shared. “The attention given here is spectacular. I feel very welcomed and I know my health is in great hands. Any questions or concerns I have are answered, and the staff are friendly.”
Now 66, Francisco credits much of his improved health to Dr. Ming and Dr. Wu. One particular day left a lasting impression.
“There was a time I had taken the wrong amount of medication to control my sugar levels. I didn’t feel well at all. I came to the clinic just as they were about to close. I told the staff what happened, and they immediately helped me. Dr. Ming and Dr. Rodriguez acted quickly. I felt like I was going to pass out, but they stepped in and took care of everything. I’m beyond grateful for them and the clinic staff. I will always recommend this place.”
What stands out to Francisco is the way the team works together.
“I see the staff help out one another to make sure patient care is the priority. There are no words that can describe how appreciative I am.”
When asked to sum up his experience in one word, his answer was simple:
“Excellent is what comes to my mind.”
He first heard about Gracelight from his neighbors, who spoke highly of the clinic.
“They told me to check it out because the care here is great. They weren’t wrong. GCH is very different compared to my old clinic. GCH is #1.”
