Antonia Ocampo de Santos has been receiving care at Gracelight Community Health since 2021. She started at the Westlake North clinic and continues her care there today.
At 77, Antonia has faced a lot adversity. She’s been managing hypertension, diabetes, and heart failure, and says the support she’s received has made all the difference. “Dr. Pham and the team have helped me with everything,” she said. “They take care of me and always make sure I have what I need.”
She described how difficult things once felt when her health began to decline. “When I was first dealing with heart failure, I didn’t see a reason to be happy,” she said. “I didn’t have much fight left in me.” But over time, the kindness and encouragement she found at Westlake North helped her rediscover hope.
Antonia shared how the positive energy around her has pushed her to keep going. “Every time I come here, I feel stronger,” she said. “The team gives me strength to start each day with something positive. From the security guard opening the door to the back office staff, everyone is nice.”
She smiled as she talked about her care with Dr. Pham, describing their partnership as what keeps her motivated. “Between Dr. Pham and the people here, I feel supported,” she said. “You’ve all been the push I needed to keep going. I’ll keep coming here as long as you’re here to help me.”
