At 76 years old, managing chronic kidney disease hasn’t been easy—but longtime patient Ana Sanabria says the support she’s received over the years has made all the difference. She’s been coming to Gracelight since 2015, and from her very first visit, she noticed something different. The environment was warm, friendly, and upbeat. Unlike other places where she often felt pitied or treated as fragile, the team at Gracelight made her feel like herself again.
“They don’t look at me like something’s wrong,” Ana said. “They treat me like a person.”
That sense of respect and care has kept her coming back. Over the years, she’s built strong relationships with the staff and providers, especially Dr. Pham, who she says has been a steady source of support. With each appointment, she began to feel better—not just physically, but emotionally too.
“I actually feel good when I leave here,” she shared. “Even changed my hair a few times just because I felt like it.”
Now, she looks forward to her visits. It’s more than just a clinic for her—it’s a place where she feels seen, where aging and health challenges don’t define how she’s treated. We are proud to be part of Ana’s story and honored to continue walking alongside her on this journey.
