Gracelight Community Health held a community health fair and launch event on February 24, 2024, to celebrate the organization’s new name and a renewed commitment to providing healthcare regardless of a patient’s ability to pay for services.
The event was held at Gracelight Community Health’s East 3rd Street Health Center and new Administration offices and featured many long-standing health and community resource partners, including:

- Delicious fish and shrimp tacos from Moby Rick’s Tacos
The event also featured comments by Gracelight Community Health’s CEO and President, Eloisa Perard, Vice Chair of the Board of Directors, Elvia Delgado, and Assemblywoman Wendy Carrillo, who discussed healthcare being a vital human need, Gracelight Community Health’s legacy of caring for Los Angeles and the organization’s renewed commitment to caring for the community and everyone who lives here, the importance of community health centers and their role in providing care in our local communities.
This event was a great success and a chance for the local community to learn about GCH’s new name and the services available to the community.
