Eloisa Perard, President and Chief Administrative Officer Appointed President and CEO

LOS ANGELES, Calif. January 5, 2021 – Gracelight Community Health’ Board of Directors is pleased to announce its appointment of Eloisa Perard as its new President & CEO.

Announcing Perard’s appointment, Gracelight Community Health’ Board Chair, Javier Guerena, said, “Eloisa is an exceptional leader with a highly impressive talent for collaborative leadership and for building high performance teams.”

Perard has been a key member of Gracelight Community Health’ (QHC) executive leadership team since 2017 and will succeed Barbara Brandlin Hines, who has led the organization with distinction for nearly 12 years, more than tripling the organization’s net assets. Ms. Hines will continue to serve as President & CEO of QueensCare, a partner organization to QHC.

Prior to QHC, Eloisa held various executive leadership roles where she served both non-profit and for-profit companies in the healthcare, hospitality, education, retail, legal services, manufacturing, and distribution industries. Perard holds a B.S. in Business & Leadership and an M.S. in Organizational Psychology from the University of La Verne.

Commenting on Ms. Perard’s appointment, outgoing CEO Barbara Hines said, “Eloisa has been a vital member of QHC’s leadership since 2017 and I’m excited to watch as she leads the organization into its next phase of caring for the Los Angeles community.”

Reflecting on her appointment, Ms. Perard said, “I am honored to have been selected to lead this wonderful organization. We have a great culture, excellent leaders, and a rich history of service to the community. Filling the shoes of my mentor, Barbara Hines, will be no easy feat. Barbara’s support, and that of my colleagues, has helped me reach this landmark in my career. I thank them and will work diligently to build upon this legacy.”
