Our Westlake North Health Center Open House was a great success! The event saw over a dozen community partners sharing their resources with community members, staff and special guests.
We welcomed State Senator Maria Elena Durazo who presented Gracelight Community Health with a certificate of recognition commending QHC for our commitment to the community. Marina Snitman, Director of Pharmacy and QHC were also recognized by the American Hearth Association for participating in improving awareness, detection, and management of high cholesterol by educating and empowering patients with evidence-based information and tools. Improving quality of care for patients through AHA’s Check. Change. Control. Cholesterol initiative.
