Zoriy Elterman is a recruitment professional with over 20 years of experience in physician recruitment. He has served on the Board of Directors at Gracelight Community Health for more than four years, supporting its mission to provide healthcare to underserved communities.

Zoriy currently leads Physician and Faculty Recruitment at Cedars-Sinai Medical Network. He holds a Master’s degree in Roman and German Philology, Education, and Psychology, along with the highest certification in Physician Recruitment from AAPPR. Zoriy is dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion in building medical teams.
