Gracelight Community Health Creative Collateral Request Form

ALL marketing collateral must be submitted through the Communications team for review and approval. Please use this form to submit your request for creative marketing collateral. This may include communications, branded materials and swag, website edits, social media posts, digital files etc.

• Our standard turn around time for non-print materials is about 3-5 weeks.
• Print materials that require a new design may take up 2-4 weeks.
• Reprints can take about 5-7 business days.
• Forms or collateral that need text information updated can take about 4 to 5 days.

The earlier you submit your request with the required information needed below, the better! If you have any questions about your request, please reach out to us at the emails below.

Please note, all projects require your Supervisor's approval, and some projects may require a meeting. If you wait until the last minute to request these items, there are no guarantees your request will be completed. Please plan accordingly and ahead of schedule. The Gracelight MarCom team will reach out if they have questions or would like to meet and discuss the project.
