Dr. Saira Dar is the Residency Program Director for Family Medicine at Gracelight Community Health, with nearly two decades of experience as a physician, educator, and healthcare leader. She completed her residency at Regions Hospital in Minnesota and has held leadership roles at QueensCare Health Centers, the University of North Texas Health Science Center, and other clinical and academic institutions.
Her expertise spans family and integrative medicine, functional and anti-aging care, chronic disease management, and medical education. She is the author of Clinical Mind Maps: Using the Epi-logical Approach and has presented at national and international conferences. Dr. Dar earned her MBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Master of Education in the Health Professions from Johns Hopkins University.
Passionate about personalized, patient-centered care, she is dedicated to training the next generation of family physicians to combine clinical excellence with innovative approaches that improve health and quality of life.
