Penelope Leon is an experienced strategic communications, fundraising and public relations leader. Over the last 15 years, Penelope has served Southern California non-profits in roles such as the Vice President of Fund Development for Abode Communities and as the Chief Development and Communications Officer for TCC Family Health in Long Beach.
