Is Now Gracelight Community Health
QueensCare Health Centers is entering a new chapter with some exciting changes that will be happening in the coming weeks. We are changing our name to Gracelight Community Health.
Renaming our organization as Gracelight Community Health is a big change, but we’ve made every effort to ensure it will not affect your care or your experience at our five health centers.
You can expect:
- The same great doctors, staff, and locations that you know and trust.
- No changes to how you schedule appointments with your doctor.
- No changes to your healthcare coverage.
- No changes in your experience when visiting your doctor or picking up prescriptions.
- Our commitment to providing you and your family with the best care possible.
What do you need to do as part of this name change?
Nothing.
We’ve made this change easy for you, so you can remain focused on your daily life and your family, and continue to rely on us for quality healthcare services.
Our mission and values of faith, grace, kindness and serving the community with dignity remains unchanged. We will continue to be a Federally Qualified Health Center offering primary care services for underserved people of the communities in Los Angeles. Gracelight Community Health will serve as the Los Angeles community’s home for compassionate and comprehensive medical care while also being an advocate, safe place and resource for community needs.
When visiting our health centers in the coming months you may notice we’ve painted or put-up new signs. We’ll soon launch a new website under the Gracelight Community Health name. For now, you can continue to reach us as you always have. As we navigate these changes, we remain committed to serving and providing great healthcare for you and the entire Los Angeles community.
