Matt brings more than two decades of leadership experience in finance and accounting, guiding high-performing teams across Southern California through growth, innovation, and operational change. His career reflects a balance of strategic vision and practical execution, helping organizations strengthen their foundations while planning for the future.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from UCLA and an MBA from USC. Over the years, Matt has led the adoption of technology platforms that improve efficiency, deliver real-time insights, and support data-informed decision-making.

At Gracelight, he’s focused on advancing the patient experience, broadening access to care, and supporting the organization’s sustainable growth. Outside of work, Matt enjoys traveling, mentoring emerging leaders, and spending time outdoors with his wife and children.
