Marina Snitman, PharmD

Chief Operating Officer

Dr. Marina Snitman formerly served as the Director of Pharmacy at Gracelight Community Health (GCH). Dr. Snitman has dedicated her pharmacy career to serving the underserved communities of Los Angeles County. Prior to joining GCH, she spent 19 years working for CVS Pharmacy (previously Sav-On Drugs). She managed different volume stores while providing valuable services in the community (vaccinations, diabetes education, family days, etc.). In 2015 Dr. Snitman joined the Gracelight Community Health family, leading her pharmacy teams to achieve unprecedented goals. Thanks to her leadership, GCH pharmacies fill over 110,000 prescriptions every year and do so with an average wait time of less than 15 minutes. She is an active participant in the Pharmacy Workgroup at the Community Clinics Association of Los Angeles County (CCALAC) and chaired the workgroup from 2018-2020.

Dr. Snitman holds a PharmD degree from USC School of Pharmacy, where she is also an adjunct professor. She is committed to keeping families healthy by managing care and providing free to low-cost prescription medications to the communities that need them most. As a professor, she is passionate about education and hopes to inspire the next generation of pharmacists to serve working-class communities.
