Lyubov Tashlyk

Lyubov “Luba” Tashlyk is the Associate Director of the Surgical/Trauma/Transplant Intensive Care Unit at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where she has served in various leadership roles since 2006. With nearly two decades of critical care nursing experience, she has led teams in delivering advanced patient care, implementing quality improvement initiatives, and mentoring nursing staff. Her leadership has been recognized through multiple presentations at national and international healthcare conferences, as well as numerous awards for excellence in clinical practice, time management, and attendance.

Luba holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Capella University, a Master of Science in Nursing Education, and both bachelor’s and associate degrees in nursing. She is certified in gerontology, acute and critical care nursing, and is a certified Russian interpreter. Luba’s approach blends clinical expertise, staff development, and a strong focus on patient-centered care to support Gracelight Community Health’s mission of advancing quality care for diverse communities.
