Gloria Cabrales

Director of Operations

Gloria brings more than 27 years of experience in community healthcare to her role as Director of Operations at Gracelight Community Health. She provides leadership and direction across key operational areas, supporting the coordination of services that are essential to patient care.

Since joining Gracelight in 2007 as an Assistant Clinic Manager, Gloria has taken on a variety of leadership roles, including Health Center Manager and Manager of the Electronic Health Records team. She played a key role in establishing the centralized Patient Access Center, strengthening the organization’s ability to serve patients efficiently and effectively.

Gloria is passionate about advancing equitable access to healthcare and takes pride in supporting both patients and staff through her work. Her long-standing commitment to community health reflects her dedication to serving underserved populations and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence within Gracelight Community Health.
