Gracelight Community Health welcomes Charles Ro, an accomplished financial leader, as its new Chief Financial Officer. For over 30 years, Charles Ro has been a hands-on financial leader for mission-driven institutions in the healthcare, social service, education, and cultural sectors. He has held CFO and senior-level roles, providing fiscal guidance, strategic direction, and operational support. He holds an MBA from International, a Master’s degree from New York University, and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Charles Ro’s appointment as CFO will bring strategic financial oversight and operational excellence to Gracelight Community Health. His extensive experience includes leadership roles in emerging growth, middle-market, and internationally recognized organizations. He is skilled in corporate leadership, grants management, and software conversions.
